 
Tiramisù
400 g of finger-biscuits, 450 g of mascarpone, 4 eggs, 8 –10
cups of coffee, brandy and sugar at will.
Beat yolks and mascarpone together, then add some drops of brandy, some sugar
and whites beaten stiff. Prepare coffee for nearly 8 cups and add 2 spoons of
sugar and a small glass of brandy. Dip biscuits in coffee and put them in a baking-pan.
Then cover with mascarpone cream and go on alternating layers of biscuits and
cream. On top dust with grated plain chocolate.
