
Chicken "en casserole"
1 chicken, 150 g of dried mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 glass of dry white wine,
tomato sauce, oil, butter, salt, pepper.
Clean, scorch, wash and dry the chicken. Then cut it in regular pieces and brown
it in a pan with butter and oil. Add the finely chopped onion and the mushrooms
soaked and squeezed; when they become seasoned, wash them down with a glass of
dry white wine. Let evaporate and add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cover the
pan with a lid and stew slowly till the chicken will be cooked.
